Today was the day of the 12 Hours of Manawa. When I headed to town for breakfast the temperature was 37! Many commented that at least it wasn't as cold as it was at the first race. It tried to rain a little, just enough to settle the dust. T.H.O.R. (our trail group) fired up a grill as a fund raiser. Earlier in the day other grills were fired for lunch. Even had a portable bon fire! The races were organized by teams - with the most riders as solo. No "beginner" or "sport" race, nor any age category. Word is there were some 30 teams started the race. The cool temperatures and the Husker game lowered attendance. I did not bring clothes for the colder evening (and was getting tired) so headed home before the race was over. Registration & Misc
