The day dawned clear and dry. Perfect
weather for a race (upper 70s to lower 80s). With all the rain the last week, it was touch and go it the trail would be dry
enough for the race. The delayed start helped allow time for the trail
to dry out. I was told the trail was a little sticky yet
for the Beginner race and perfect for the Sport/Expert
race. One wrinkle for the race -- the course was run backward! Now I had to find new photo vantages spots. Thanks to Martin, Christine, et al, for their work on getting the course in shape. Thanks to race hosts - Midwest Wheelmasters. Registration & Misc
