Arkansas River Trail Photos

In September 2005, I took a trip to Little Rock while recooperating from my stroke and heart valve replacement.  This was my first time riding the Arkansas River Trail.  September in Little Rock meant morings were hazy.  I took my rides early in the moring to beat the heat.

Here's some photos of the River Trail from my trip in February 08.  That trip was made because I was getting cabin fever - I needed some warmer weather riding.  As it turned out, even Little Rock was getting colder weather, at least it was warmer than Iowa!

Big Dam Bridge Photos

That year, the Big Dam Bridge was under construction.

The Big Dam Bridge is completed.  I rode it over the birdge twice during my trip in 07. One ride was during the Tour de Rock.
